We want you to love your OddBalls gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Start Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

Pack and Ship

Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

Wait for Processing

After we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
